We drive impact through our transformation program
Step 1 - Trade Training
Provide class based training focuses on trade skills, business management, financial literacy and management, book keeping and data entry, business technology use, hiring and training staff.
Step 2 - Apprenticeship
Provide structured and hands-on learning model that combines practical work experience with theoretical training, allowing individuals to learn a trade or skill under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Step 3 - Start Up
Provide access to startup capital and other necessary resources needed for the trade.
Step 4 - Ongoing Support
Provide access to networking and entrepreneurial conferences. In addition, financial support or guidance to help overcome barriers to success.
Objectives of the Trust
- To raise awareness of Women’s Reproductive Health particular the holistic approach surrounding Obstetric Fistula.
- Creation Awareness, Advocacy and Activism to fight against Early
- Pregnancies/Marriages, Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIV/AIDS, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Gander Based Violence (GBV) and Human Rights Defender (HRD) for the Voiceless Marginalize Community and society.
- To advocate for generational transformative change to access, quality, affordable clean Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) in community.
- To enhance quality of life of community through promotion of sustainable, alternative use and protection of Indigenous Environmental Conservation for current and future generations.
- To improve the prosperity of Obstetric Fistulas Survivors/Victims and women/youths through an Economic Stimulus Development Programmes/Projects to enrich value-added incomes generating business enterprises.
